These terms govern your use of the Numbers Delivery Service LLC website and the services we provide.
Services and service area
We offer food delivery, retail and package delivery, and business and scheduled delivery in North Texas — Dallas and surrounding communities. We do not transport alcohol, tobacco, prescription medication, hazardous materials, weapons, cash, live animals, or illegal items.
Requests are not bookings
Submitting a request gives you a request number; it does not mean your delivery has been accepted. We review each request and confirm availability, timing, and a final quote. Your delivery is accepted only after you confirm that quote.
Pricing and estimates
Our current rate card is a minimum delivery fee that includes the first miles, a per-mile charge after that, a fee per additional stop, and an optional priority fee when available. Rates may change. Online estimates use the approximate miles you enter, not a mapped route, and are preliminary. Long-distance, complex, scheduled, and recurring business deliveries receive custom quotes. Payment is arranged with you directly; we do not take payment on this website.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate addresses with city and state, a reachable phone number, and accurate item descriptions. Food orders must be placed and paid for with the restaurant before pickup. We may decline or cancel a request that is unsafe, outside our service area, or not as described.
Business and recurring deliveries
Business quote requests are reviewed individually. Submitting one does not create a contract or guarantee availability until both sides agree in writing.
Donations
Donation processing is not yet available on this website. When enabled, donations are voluntary and processed by a third-party payment provider under their terms.
